This condo located on the first level offers the most expansive views of the beach. Facing west, you will be sure to enjoy the balcony (5th from the front) with 2 Adirondack style chairs as well as a bistro style table and chair set. Relax and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from this balcony as well as a perfect setting for an afternoon lunch.

This quaint unit has many upgrades including granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, new microwave, full range/oven, new sleeper sofa, a small bistro table, upgraded bathroom and two televisions with one DVD player. A small literature library added a small library for your enjoyment during a lazy afternoon.

The kitchen is well stocked with the basics for a quick meal.  No fuss to clean up just rinse the dishes put them in the dishwasher and set it for the afternoon.  Let the dishwasher do the rest so they dishes will always be ready.  The snack bar is the perfect place for you aspiring sous chefs to assist and learn new techniques then the perfect place to enjoy a small meal together.  

The living room has comfy sofa, and chair to relax together on movie night.  Just pop some popcorn and watch your favorite movie on  the HD Cable Television.  The sofa also converts to a comfy sofa bed for the evening when its time to dose off.  Open the window fo a cool breeze and fresh air as well as the soothing sounds of the ocean waves. 

The twin sized bunks in the hall alcove are custom built and are actually the size of a twin mattress and not the junior sized ones.  Just off to right is you bathroom with all the standard bathroom amenities including tub\shower combination. The bedroom offers the comfort of a pillow top Queen sized mattress and a TV for your enjoyment so you can fall asleep watching your favorite late night program. Be sure to get a good nights rest for the exciting adventures you have planned for tomorrow.  

Take a refreshing dip in the refreshing pool or relax your tired muscles in one of two hot tubs in the evening after an afternoon of sight seeing.  There is a set of beach side swings that are very peaceful and relaxing to enjoy the breeze form the Gulf of Mexico.  Plus the Shared Seaside BBQ and Picnic area are the perfect setting for an afternoon cook-out by the sea.  
  
You are sure to love this condo for your island get-away. Seascape has a limit of one vehicle parking per reservation with secondary based on availability and does not allow pets.
