Very clean , are cleaning lady was extremely helpful! Been coming here for 10 years and it is the best!! The unit could be updated a little! Larger TV and better sitting couch! Thank You For A Great Stay!!

We made our first trip in June this year and we are back already. Clean room, on the beach and you don't have to cross 4 lanes of traffic!! Friendly ladies at the front desk. See you this fall!

It was a wonderful place to spend a month away from cold weather. Beautiful pool and landscape. Our condo was extremely clean and outfitted with everything we needed for a month away from home. Management was very kind and helpful. We will be back!!!!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The one downfall was the firmness of the one bed in the unit. The bed was about as firm as the floor. The TV listings were not very appropriate for small children but we managed around it with our own devices. Overall a very enjoyable time and we will be back. Very family friendly resort!

Staff in office is very friendly and helpful. Condo is small but adequate. My family of four barely fit so the option of 6 people staying is nearly impossible. There's only one small bathroom. There were just enough towels for us to each have one. The bed has a very hard mattress so keep that in mind if that's bothersome for you. There were about 7 drawers for clothes storage and a tiny closet. Bedroom has sheer type curtains so if you like your bedroom dark, bring a sleep mask. AC cools the places well and there are two ceiling fans. Light switches are labeled which was very helpful. Kitchen didn't have tons of accessories but it was sufficient. There was a coffee maker, toaster and microwave along with a few pots, pans, silverware, cups, etc. No paper towels were there so we bought some and left them for the next family. Bring soap, shampoo, etc for the shower. There are several shelves in the bathroom which was great. Door knob to balcony was messed up- hard to turn. Pool area is nice with a kiddie pool, adults only hot tub and the regular pool water was heated. It's only a short walk to the beach and most of it is a wooden boardwalk. Nice location. We've stayed a several times because our friends stay in the RV park next door and it's convenient for all of us.

I loved the location. Away from the crowds but close enough to get to everything easily. Condo was clean and has plenty of kitchen utensils for a family of 4. Although the condo can sleep 6, I suggest no more than 4. The pull out couch is not really usable. I would definitely stay here again.

As always, our stay at Seascape was perfect! We've been staying here since 1993. We love Seascape for our 'beaching' fun and activities, (yes, that is my own created verb) because the beach is just a few steps away. All of the staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We always hate to bid farewell but we are already planning our next visit. :)

WE love staying at the Seascape! It is a wonderful place that our family enjoys! It is great for our entire family and plan on returning next year as it is our favorite place!
