Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay in unit 1221 very much. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were 4 adults and two kids and the small space worked fine. We had a great view of the pool and the beach. We needed a broom and one was brought up to us within minutes. The pool and hot tub were fun and just steps to the beach was perfect! We will return for another stay soon!

Great view and location!

I was looking for a place which had direct access to Galveston beach (without having to cross a main road). I happened upon the Beachside Properties site and found Seascape 1221 available for the dates of interest. Check in/out was simple, and the unit itself was perfect for what I wanted for my family. The view looked out over the pool area to the gulf and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Though the unit is a bit smaller (comfortable for 3 people but probably not much more than that with only one bathroom), it has all the furnishings needed. As for the general Beachside property, the pool and hot tubs were nice, the swings comfortable, and the beach access great. The only slight negative was how slow the elevator was. We ended up taking the stairs most of the time. Overall, I would recommend this property and would consider staying there again if back in the area.

Still amazing

We have been staying here for years, always a great time with the enjoyment of both beach and pool area. I did notice the security walking around throughout the day which makes it comforting. We will definitely be back !!

Small and cozy

The unit is smaller than what it looks like in the pictures. Great location since you don't have to cross Seawall Blvd. I would stay here again if we go on a weekend trip

Comfortable Stay

We stayed in Seascape Unit 1221 last week and enjoyed our time there. Being a 1 bedroom condo, things are a bit compact overall, but not bad for one couple. The master bedroom is a tad tight and the shower in the bathroom is pretty small. The patio was nice to sit on and the view wasn't bad for a unit that sits in the back of the complex. We have stayed in other condos here that we prefer, but 1221 isn't a bad choice.
