Seascape 1304

I would give our trip a 5 star review, but the broken elevator was a real damper on things. Other than that, we had a good time. I loved the cleanliness and updated look of the condo. The private access to the beach, the pools were clean and spacious, the washing station was very convenient. We will be back as long as those elevators get fixed. lol! The resort is close to all the fun and eateries. It was great!

What a charming condo! Extremely clean and tasteful decor. View of beach from balcony was perfect! Pool and hot tub maintained and lovely landscape surrounding condos. Elevator had a mind of its own but we managed. My husband and I will definitely come back in our future travels! Thank you!

We had a great time! The condo was great! Very clean and cozy!  The condo was pretty full, and we were never bothered by surrounding noise. My favorite thing was the walk to the beach!

Loved the location. The rental office was very efficient, pleasant and easy to work with. I love that they have umbrellas and chairs to rent for the beach. The grounds are clean and maintained and being on the actual beach is great. It was quiet and peaceful. The views from our balcony were just wonderful as we could see down the coastline as well as out the side for the sunset. Lots of seagulls and pelicans flying around. I would stay here again anytime. Our unit was very clean and freshly remodeled. The units are privately owned and ours could have been stocked better. We didn't have serving bowls, enough cutlery or salt in the shaker. The ice maker didn't work and the couch was a bit worn. I wish we had higher chairs on the balcony and more storage in the bedroom closet and a blowdryer. Other than those things it was perfect.

We stayed 4 days and our unit was perfect!!! Very clean, accommodating and the staff was all so kind and helpful. We are looking forward to seeing you again!! Galveston was amazing lots to do, great atmosphere , this was our first time there.

This was our first time in Galveston and we were very pleased with the condo and the amenities! The access to the beach was fabulous and we did enjoy the beach very much. Condo met out needs and was very clean. Checkin and out was so easy and fast. Staff was very pleasant and we have already discussed another trip soon.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It was our first time to Galveston and we enjoyed every minute of it. The condo was very nice with great views. Will return soon with the kids.

Thought it was really cute. Had an issue getting the oven going but finally figured it out. Wished they had left some coffee for us-at least for the 1st night. My husband has a hard time walking up stairs so the elevater came in handy. We would definitely stay here again.

Seascapes is a great location. We enjoyed our first stay in Galveston. The location was great. Such a short walk to the beach and close to some of the main Galveston attractions. The location was quite and well maintained. The unit was clean and up to date. The negatives are that for our 5 day stay we were only provide 1 towel each and there was no washer and dryer in the unit. While not an issue for a weekend stay but for a five night stay and a family of 5 that is just not ideal. Definitely loved to come back just maybe not this unit next time.

Condo in person looks just like the photos; clean and updated. Friendly staff and clean premises. One suggestion would be to add curtains in the main bedroom. The blinds allow too much light in the room from the porch light at night or when it becomes daylight.

We had a wonderful girls get away for my birthday, even though the weather was bad we made the best of it, the hot tub and pool were open and well supervised by Tonya, who was also very friendly.

Our first impression was love this place but much smaller then what appeared in pictures. But I understand photography just works this way!! Very happy with our stay, and really no negative comments at all. I choose this unit solely for the decor!! I absolutely love this farm style set up. Everything was prefect there. The bed was absolutely the best mattress Iv ever slept on!! Our downfall.. when we arrived the smell of bleach was extremely strong and potent. However, my clean and sterile is on a bit of a different level. I found finger prints on the microwave, fridge, mirrors and walls.. which told me they were not clean.. soap scum in the shower.. all just nitpick stuff!! But over all ok. Suggestions would be having access to beach towels for pool and beach! We had to go them and had to leave them behind since they would not fit in our suitcase. Having available at least salt and pepper and maybe some others known spices... for cooking! Paper towels would have been nice as well. Grateful there was coffee in the freezer that was prefect for staring out our day, before going out for groceries! The water in the shower was not hot enough and the water pressure made it difficult to rinse the hair products out of my thick hair.. but I understand regulations.. having a paper on how to work the tv remotes would be great too.. it took several days and you tubing how to them!! Non tech people I guess lol!! Will definitely want to come back.. absolutely love this unit!!

You don't have to wonder if it's going to look like it does in the pictures-- it does! Beautiful condo and everything as advertised. So close to the beach you can listen to the waves from the balcony.

Loved the condo, the pool, the view.... I would recommend some kind of room darkening curtain in the bedroom. The hallway light outside makes it so bright in there.

This condo was great. I loved that it was 3rd floor and on the side of the RV park. Great beach views. The condo is decorated very nicely. The kids also appreicated the TV's at the foot of the bunk beds! NOTE - they have like 8 TV remotes, labeling them would be very useful. Also, the master bedroom's king bed is super comfy foam. The only draw back in there, its warm - surprising as there is a fan, but you coulnt feel it blowing... and could use a lamp. The fan light stopped working and it was inconvient at night. Other than those couple of things, I highly recommend this unit. This will be the unit we try to book when we stay moving forward. Best unit I have stayed at SeaScape so far!

My wife and I enjoyed the property for our anniversary, but had some issues with our unit. Lets get the bad out the way. The back door lock was old and rusted, once I open the door the 1st time the lock would not lock anymore. (I was there 3 nights) I made do with the situation because I was on the 3rd floor. The couch in the living room was worn down extremely, were there was no cushion on the arms of the couch, nor the seating. We had to use a few of the many pillows on the couch. (Maybe that's what they were there for). The fake fireplace for ambiance, did not have any instructions on how to turn it on. It would have been great, cause again it was anniversary and cold. OVERALL, the layout of the condo was great, location was awesome. Sad the beach bridge was out but we made it work by walking the the adjacent property. I DO WANT TO SAY THAT THE STAFF WAS GREAT. Eric took my initial reservation, I had to re-book because of a death in my family. Ms Helen re-booked me, which it worked out to move it to my anniversary. So hats off to such a friendly staff. We will be back soon, and we are also looking into purchasing a property there.

We love the location. The price is right. The condo size is great! The only things we did not care for were that the beds were hard, the couch needs replacing and the elevators are terribly slow. Otherwise, great place to stay!!
