Seascape 1311

This was my second stay at Seascape and unit #1311 did not disappoint! The view is amazing, the layout was perfect! The staff from the time you make the reservation, check in/out and security upon arrival were friendly and helpful. Seascape is my go-to place to stay in Galveston.

We've had the pleasure of staying at Seascape several times over the past 7 years. (6 different condos) We are always pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep of the property and condos. The private beach access is extremely nice and always clean. The security is a plus! This time there was an issue in the condo when we arrived and the ladies in the office had it corrected promptly. Without a doubt, we look forward to staying again.

Our family stayed at Seascape Condo #1311 for a few nights and enjoyed the condo. There were so many positives. Great beach and pool view, it was clean, had comfortable beds, well stocked, friendly staff, peaceful and quiet!! We saw a couple of resident bunnies. Cute! The pool and hot tub were fun when it wasn't overcrowded. Parking at times can be difficult. Just keep in mind the sofa sleeper is really uncomfortable if you have a guest that needs it. The bathrooms are quite small and joined by a door. All in all, it was a great stay. Thanks Seascape and Galveston for hosting us!

I've stayed at Seascape Condos numerous times and have always enjoyed my visit but condo 1311 is my favorite. Always very clean and the views are amazing! The furniture is comfortable too. Next time I visit Galveston, I'll be checking the availability of this unit first!

Room was magnificent! Very Clean! Had everything we needed! Excellent customer service from the security at front entrance, to the check in desk! EXCELLENT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recently stayed in 1311 and cannot wait to come back! The inside is beautiful with lots of windows enabling me to enjoy the views of the beach, ocean and pool. Since this is a corner unit, the balcony provided a full panoramic view and is an incredible spot to enjoy the sunrise over the ocean. I loved having the sunrise shine through the blinds of the master bedroom to wake me up in the morning. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need if you plan on cooking during your visit. The inside is nicely decorated and extremely comfortable, making you feel like home away from home. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be booking 1311 for my next visit to Galveston Island.

I've stayed at SeaScape Resort before and have always had a wonderful time. We stayed in condo 1311 this time. It was very clean and the furniture was exceptionably comfortable. And being on the 3rd floor had beautiful unobstructed views. I will definitely try to stay in this condo again!! Check in/check out couldn't have been any easier and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

We stayed over the Memorial Day weekend in 2024. I can't rave enough about our stay. Condo 1311 had everything we could have wanted and needed. The weather that weekend was perfect. We will be back and plan on staying again in 1311. Thank You!

I initially tried looking on different sites to find a location on the beach in Galveston, and after not finding anything acceptable whatsoever I decided to just Google it & AB Sea Sales came up right away. I've never made this direct type of reservation before, so I was initially hesitant, but it absolutely was seamless, the communication from the business was phenomenal, and everything was as pictured, EXCEPT for the beach views, which were a billion times more beautiful in real life. I was in a corner unit, and it was bright and clean, everything worked, and I really appreciated the beach chairs. Also, the pool and hot tub were greatly appreciated because the weather was rather cool. The security officer at the front of the property was very friendly and explained the parking situation and where our extra guests could park and I saw him making his rounds quite often which was reassuring. The unit bedding was very comfortable and fresh. I was able to fulfill a lifelong dream of being lulled to sleep by real ocean waves for a change. Will definitely be back at Seascape 1311.

Unit 1311 was a great condo and provided comfortable living room furniture which we all enjoyed. The higher outdoor chairs on the balcony were a big plus also. Since we're in our 70's now the grab bars in the walk-in shower have become a necessity for safety and this unit has more grab bars located in the front bedroom and bath which were helpful.  This was a great location for great views and we very pleased with 1311.  Great 3rd floor corner suite with EXTRA views and easy access for the elevators!  Will book it again!

We stayed in #1311 recently, and were very pleased with how well the unit was stocked, and the view from the beachside balcony was incredible. To step out on the balcony in the morning light was beautiful. Took lots of pictures. The unit was decorated nicely, updated, and furnished, and we found it very comfortable. We would highly recommend staying in 1311 when you visit the island.  We will definitely be staying here MANY times in the future!

We had an amazing time! Loved the location and the oceanfront view! The pool was also very nice. Loved having immediate access to the beach. The bath towels must have been brand new. I would recommend staying here.

My husband and I visit Galveston regularly and we always stay at Seascape since we found this amazing property. We always stay in unit 1311 because it feels like home. It is very well stocked and so comfortable. We are both retired and my husband uses a walker and there is a great amount of space for his walker and the grab bars on the walls make it so easy to navigate the condo. The staff here is so friendly and accommodating. We already have our next stay booked.

This is our second time in this condo, and we absolutely love the location. Our condo had pretty much everything we need to cook with and enough towels for a family of 5. The views from the balcony of the ocean are awesome and was our favorite place for morning coffee and evening beers. The only issue we had was the secondary toilet gave us some problems with flushing, but the day we decided to call the office, the toilet worked itself out! And remote control on the TV/DVD/Cable (3 total) were a little confusing to figure out, but we eventually did and we even had a couple of redbox movie night! We would stay in this one again next time we come!

1311 has a 180 degree view of the ocean with a minute walk to the beach and pool. The condo is super clean and comfortable. Master bedroom window faces the ocean - a wonderful way to start the day! Beautiful sunrise!

We loved the condo and will probably book 1311 again, the only things we would comment on is the guest bedroom could use a room darkening curtain or shade, the light is right outside that window and shines in pretty bright, and the master bathroom toilet isn't the best flusher! The view is absolutely amazing!!!❤️😊

My husband and I had a wonderful stay, Very clean, spacious and supplied condo with gorgeous views. We enjoyed the hot tubs each night and sitting out on the swings in the evening or out on our balcony! We do plan on making this an annual visit! Thank you!

We usually stay in 1309 but it wasn't available. 1311 was ok except for lukewarm water in shower, the commode by the shower would not fully flush and the bathroom sink in the master lavatory drained slow. It did not cause a hardship though but did want to report it. We love to vacation here and look forward to booking condo 1309 for next May as we usually do. Also, I have recommended SeaScapes to many friends over the years. Very pleased. Thank you!
