Seascape 2212

The view is fantastic. The beds are the best we’ve slept in! The kitchen has everything one could need. The room colors and decorations are restful and lovely. The recliner is a great plus. And the shower is simple to operate with plenty of warm water and pressure. This was the fourth or fifth time we’ve stayed there.

We had a great stay at the Seascapes 2212. We enjoyed the beach, pool and hot tub. Our Balcony was great, we had two chairs, but it would be nice to have 4 chairs since it is a two-bedroom unit. The unit did have 2 lawn chairs we used on the balcony. The tropical storm Alberto held off until the day of our departure and we had two wonderful beach days.

We have stayed at the Seascape condos in the past so we knew what to expect on this trip. This beach facing unit was very nice.  Everything was clean and as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment.  The beds were very comfortable, and I love the way the condo was decorated, especially the picture over the couch.  Some of the items in the condo are showing wear (toaster oven, some pictures-rust, and some furnishings showing wear.  Overall, a nice stay and a comfortable unit.

We had planned a family trip and rented multiple condos, but my family stayed in this condo. It was very clean and cute! This condo over-looks the ocean and the beauty is breath taking. The kitchen was very well stocked and the grounds were very well maintained. We were a little nervous after reading reviews but this is a place we have already dreamed of returning to- and we just left. The front desk help went ABOVE and BEYOND to be helpful and kind. There are rules in place but I felt that they all were reasonable and to maintain a clean and safe safe. You MUST read all the paperwork you are given so you don't miss anything (like shut the door or the air will turn off or how to use the TV). We had a perfect vacation and were SO happy we didn't have to cross the street to make it to the beach like most places in Galveston! This place is a gem!

We planned a girl's trip and chose Seascape because we didn't have to cross traffic to get to the beach!! The facility is well maintained. Obviously, being right next to the beach, there are going to be some issues with salt water & metal but overall, the building & grounds are really nice. We had a problem with our oven not working properly but as soon as I reported it, they put in a work order to get it fixed. The view from our balcony was wonderful and with just a few steps, we were on the beach each day. We will definitely be returning.

My family and I have been coming to Seascape for the past 3 years and we love it every time we come. We love that you can just walk out to the beach and then rinse off and get in the fabulous pool or hot tubs. We plan on coming each year for as long as we can!

View was amazing, Room was okay - could have used some updated linens and cleaned the carpets. This was the second time I have stayed at Seascape and love the area, quiet and relaxing. Thanks for a great vacation !!!

Wonderful location with a much less crowded beach than other places on the island. Easy to get to and love that you can walk straight to the beach. Room was nice and the weather was perfect. Check in was easy!

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was awesome, being right on the beach was a big plus. Everything was excellent and parking was great also. we will definitely being stay here again in the future. We loved the swimming pool and hot tubs along with the beach. It was nice to security officers out walking the property which made us feel safer...

First time renting here and am very impressed. Well maintained property and unit: everything in our unit worked well, AC was cold, breeze from the fans great, beds were comfortable, showers were hot, WiFi worked perfectly, all 3 TVs worked well (it took a bit to figure out the remotes) balcony was great with chairs and wonderful beach view. Everything was spotlessly clean, I dropped my charger under the bed and it looked like it had just been vacuumed! For a small condo there was a lot of storage space, near the kitchen a hutch area had plenty of room for our groceries, drawers under everything and room in the closets to store luggage and hang clothes. Decor was nice and not overwhelming, clutter just gets in the way. There was no washer/dryer in the unit but the laundry was 2 doors down and used quarters. We were only here for 2 nights so we didn't need it. There was also a soda machine. The elevators worked great and made loading and unloading a breeze, bring a wagon, they're wonderful. Going down to the beach you just wagon down the elevator, over the walkover and there's the beach. No problem keeping distance between you and your neighbors. We used the area by the pool with faucets and a shower to rinse off on our way back from the beach but didn't use the pool (COVID) but it looked nice. Called ahead of booking to ask questions and they were so nice and informative I decided to go ahead and book. Office staff checking in and out was also great. For parking, we were able to park our main car under the building. Was able to get a second car pass and they had to park in the uncovered area. But we had a third car and that was a problem. You can only park two cars there and the 2nd pass is first come first served which is understandable during high season. There was just no good place for our 3rd car, couldn't park at the RV park, looked for 3 miles either way for pay parking lots that we were told were there and couldn't find any. So we parked at a nearby business we were familiar with that has lots of parking. All in all Seascape did as well as can be expected with parking, just like to be thorough in reviews. We had 4 adults and 4 children between 5-7 and it was a little tight but ok. Probably wouldn't have been a problem had we been able to get out and shop and eat. But we were at the beach every day from 12-8. It was nice that we could check-in early like 11, park and use the beach and pool while we waited for our room to be ready. I visit Galveston from Sugar Land for overnight stays twice a year and reviews really help you know what your getting. So that's why I try to leave detailed reviews myself. I will be booking here again!

We like staying at Seascape as winter Texans for 1 month. We have been doing this for 12 years. The location right on the water and the staff always makes our stay so enjoyable. We booked for next year already.
