The Kitchen has breakfast bar for dining, includes granite counters, ice maker, Full Size appliances and all the kitchen tools necessary to prepare any meal a guest may have in mind. In addition, there is a drop leaf expandable dining table for additional dining options or family game night. The master bedroom has a king bed, cable television, and ceiling fan with Ensite bathroom which includes walk in shower and grab bar. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet Cable TV and ceiling fan. The living area has ample seating including a Queen-sized sleeper sofa with memory foam upgraded mattress. Guests will enjoy the most spectacular morning views of the sunrise from the balcony - Relax watching the seabirds fly as they dive into the Gulf of Mexico for the morning catch.
Free upgraded high-speed Wi-Fi is included in this beauty so you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows or updating your social media accounts with the tons of photos you have taken during your Island journey. The alcove up front has full adult size twin bunks allowing the unit to sleep a maximum of 8. The unit has two VCR's and Blu-Ray DVD players in the living room.
This is a strictly non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed at the property. Parking is limited to one parking permit guaranteed and a second parking permit on a first come, first serve basis which is strictly enforced.
