Pets of any kind are prohibited. Violators will be requested to remove the animal or leave the property. Refunds are not given for violations. If a pet is brought in, guest will be charged at minimum for extermination plus one-day rent for loss of rent due to downtime for exterminating. All Service Animals require notice prior to arrival. Service Animals must be leashed at all times while on property. All Service Animals must be picked up after during the entirety of the reservation.

Almost all properties have Wi-Fi. Please check the listing description and listed amenities for the property to verify that it is provided.

  • 14 Days or More Before Check-in: If we are notified of your intent to cancel 14 days or more before your check-in date, you will receive a refund minus our cancellation fee, travel insurance (If purchased), and our Non-Refundable Processing/Handling Fee.
  • 14 Days or Less Before Check-in: If we are notified of your intent to cancel 14 days or less before your check-in date, there will be no refunds issued.

AB Sea Sales & Rentals, Inc. must be aware of a late check-in by 3:00 PM on arrival date. If arriving after office hours a late packet will be left with the security guard on-site of our office at Seascape. You must provide the security guard with your name and unit number. Security guard will provide you with the late packet which will include everything needed for your stay. Late packets cannot be left with an unpaid balance or an unsigned rental agreement.

For reservations booked over 14 days prior to arrival, half of the total of the reservation is due. If arrival date is within 14 days, reservations must be paid in full at time of booking.

Yes, the pool at Seascape is open year-round and heated during the winter/fall season. The pool is maintained at a temperature of 87 degrees, while the hot tubs are maintained at a temperature of 102 degrees to 103 degrees.

The swimming pool is open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. An adult must accompany children under the age of (14) fourteen while in the pool area. Children under the age of (8) eight are not permitted in hot tubs for safety reasons.

These situations should be reported to the office by 10:00 AM and taken care of during normal business hours. All reported maintenance issues will be scheduled and completed by an outside contractor as quickly as possible according to their schedules. Please report A/C issues immediately as after hour service is extremely limited for all A/C problems. If you report a problem that would require a service call, you will not be billed for the visit if there is a legitimate reason for the visit not caused by you. If you report a problem and the responding serviceman finds the visit problem free or user error, you will then be billed for the service call. Any problems or repairs required due to guest negligence or error will be billed to the guest with the guest responsible to pay all related expenses and charges.

Person(s) reserving a unit must be 21 years of age and must occupy the unit at all times.

Yes, all units at Seascape are different. Each unit is individually owned and managed giving the owners the option to layout and decorate the units uniquely. Please do not remove anything from the unit or leave items in another unit. Any missing or damaged items will be charged to the responsible party of registration.

No, unlike hotels we do not replenish items during your stay. Any toiletry items provided at check-in (ex: toilet/facial tissue, soap, trash bags, towels, or hand towels) are not replenished during your stay. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located at the gulf side of the building on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
